Booking of TRCC Venue

Dear Team,

Lava sent out an email attached with a .pdf file informing TRCC rental rates.

OTHER CHARGES
FACILITIES (Minimum 4 hours)
10. Practice Rooms 3A, 3B, 3C $80 (additional hour $20)

Apparently ours is one of the cheaper spaces from TRCC.

There is also a whole list of other equipment from TRCC for rent. Perhaps we should discuss and finalise certain decisions in tomorrow’s meeting?

Regarding borrowing out equipments

Hey Guys!

This is to clarify any doubts or queries in borrowing out equipments like Macbook Pro, recording device/gear after school hours e.t.c. ( For FYP purposes only)

Firstly, he or she will need to fill up a STA-Project Equipment List and also forward to FYP supervisor in charge . It will take 2 working days to process before gaining approval from HelpSTA Lab people. The equipments will be dependent on availability.
