Installation Script

The script was written during the earlier stages of the project. At that time, the idea of the project was to be a surround installation, something like a film where viewers sit and “watch”, just without any visuals.

The idea for the script has since been put aside. We are now working on a linear installation and a story sequence is no longer necessary.

Japanese fishermen, exclaiming, shouting, and talking on their boats. We wrote the script in English and, with some help, translated it into Japanese for the voice recording.

News Scripts

These are actual news reports from videos we found online. The original idea was to record the reports using our own “newscaster”. The idea has since been shelved because we now intend to use the videos as part of our installation artwork.
