Agenda:
- Consulting with Chuan on our current proposal contents

Discussion:
- Chuan mentioned about identifying possible sponsors like Lee foudation, NAC, Arts foundation
- Chuan mentioned the need of outsourcing an environmental activists in helping us to understand and identifying our current concept’s scope
- Chuan mentioned to divide the planning for the FYP should be like 50% each for the technical and the concept/intention/motivation aspects
- Chuan mentioned re-look at our budgeting area which be breaking down in greater details for example like incurring cost of renting of equipments ( Equipments in generic not in terms of brands) or rental for space/venue
- To be put under consideration in getting a exhibition space, how much time to set, how much time to strike( tear down) , maybe coming out with technical blueprint
